Wintec Energy, Ltd. is one of California's most prominent providers of wind powered electricity, serving the public's needs with clean, safe and efficient sources of power. Wintec's wind farms, or more accurately wind power plants, are located primarily in the windy passes near Palm Springs, CA. Alternate sites are located in the Altamont Pass, east of San Francisco in northern California.
