We offer PayPal by arrangement - if you wish to pay using this method, please email us with your order request, address and we will send you an invoice for immediate payment. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, performed security checks, established stock availability and arranged despatch of your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we have completed these checks. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. WHAT DETAILS DO YOU NEED? Please give us your name, email address and telephone number. Then supply your credit/debit card registered address for payment purposes. This must be exact to pass our security checks. Nest provide a shipping address if you wish. There must be a signatory at the delivery address though as we are unable to leave parcels without a signature. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? We aim to deliver to all UK destinations within 3 working days from receipt of order. But you can choose Express Delivery (place orders before 2pm Monday to Thursday, and 11.15am Saturdays) to get next day delivery in the UK. For UK Saturday Guaranteed Deliveries (not available to Highlands and Islands) please choose this option and order before 3.30pm on Friday. We aim to deliver to all EU countries within 7 working days from receipt of order, but often this is much less and is typically 2-4 working days. You can choose our express option too. We aim to deliver to Rest of the World (RoW) within 10 working days from receipt of order, but often this is much less and typically is 5 working days. We also offer an express service too. Typically, goods are despatched within 24 hours of order. Orders received over weekends and bank holiday periods, including Christmas, are processed for despatch on the next working day.
