Wireless Plus, Inc. was founded in 1987 and incorporated in 1991. In 1995 Wireless Plus, Inc. became an exclusive Authorized Agent for Verizon Wireless and in 2006 was elevated to the prestigious class representing them as a "Premium Retailer. We currently are a privately held corporation with our corporate office located in Van Nuys, California. e also have offices in the Riverside, Ventura, Orange, Los Angeles and Northern San Diego counties. As an exclusive Premium Retailer for Verizon Wireless, we represent one-distribution arm for Verizon Wireless called the "Indirect" channel. In each of our retail facilities, we offer wireless services and wireless data products including Smartphones, wireless internet cards, and accessory items. Our leadership team has over 20+ years experience in the wireless industry and most staff members having over 10 years experience in the wireless industry as well. n addition, all of our new employees go through an extensive one-on-one training program that emphasizes specific training in product knowledge and proactive customer services.Additionally, all staff members are continually educated throughout the year as new products and services are introduced into the marketplace. his insures that our team members are trained and up to date on all new products and services to better assist customers with all of their wireless needs.
