The Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School

The Cardinal Wiseman School has been a Specialist School in Technology since 1995. In 2004 the school acquired double specialism in Humanities - Geography and Religious Education. Continued high performance has led to the membership of the High Performing Specialist Schools club (HPSS) of the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT). We work with a family of four primary schools and one secondary school, supporting their teaching and learning and sharing good practice. Community engagement is a driving force in the Government's agenda: Extended Schools, Every Child Matters, Partnership with Universities, Community Dimension. We promote and support learning through the community by sharing our resources and facilities.
