W. McDaniel Construction, Inc. was originally founded in 1999. After many years of experience in the fields of roofing and steel trusses, the company saw the need for a well-coordinated effort between the General Contractor and the various trades involved in the building process. Recently Wayne McDaniel became the sole owner of W. McDaniel Construction, Inc. With this change, we are proud to now offer expanded services including stucco, metal framing, truss work, drywall, acoustical ceilings and insulation. Our team has become an established company due to the confidence shown by the likes of BBL-Florida LLC, BCBE Construction, WCI Communities, Inc., Wright Construction, Inc., Opus South, DeAngelis Diamond, JL Wallace, Owen Ames Kimball and many others. The company has since grown to specialize in residential high-rise buildings including the two-building, twenty-story, 140,000 sq. ft. Mastique Condominium project in Ft. Myers, the twenty-one story, 185,000 sq. ft. Serano at Hammock Bay Condominium in Naples, the 130,000 sq. ft. Arbor at the Woodlands, an assisted living facility located in Shell Point and three fourteen-story, 195,000 sq. ft. condominiums at Tarpon Landing in Cape Coral. In addition we have recently completed the Ave Maria Town Center. We've completed extensive hurricane damage repairs at South Seas Plantation in Captiva Island after Hurricane Charley. In addition to the west coast of Florida, we have worked on the east coast of Florida as well, having completed One Singer Island in Riviera Beach consisting of a twelve-story high-rise.
