WM Design offers a flexible service to suit the individual client. We cover all stages of design and construction, from feasibility to contract, design to construction, and supervision through to completion and handover to the client. We can cater for schemes and projects of all sizes, from large-scale commercial builds such as hospitals and health care premises, to new housing estates and single bespoke houses. We recognise that all our clients have different needs. Accordingly, we can offer any level of involvement from acting as a one-stop-shop where we carry a complete project through from conception to fruition, to a simple advisory or architectural technician's service.
