West Michigan Janitorial Company (WMJ) was founded in 1969 with the purpose of providing the best contractual janitorial service available to the West Michigan business community. We operate as a Corporation in the State of Michigan. We are members of Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO). Our philosophy is that the standard approach “everyone does it this way” or “good enough” has not, and will not be accepted or tolerated by WMJ. The customer is our highest priority. We provide our customer with quality value service for their dollars. We will make every effort to prevent problems from happening. When problems do develop, we respond in a timely, calm and positive way to find a solution. Our philosophy is the reason that we have built a company that has had steady growth for the past 39 years. We also feel that our success is a result of a recognized expertise in procedure development, program planning, personnel selection, training techniques and quality assurance programs. It is just a feeling and attitude we have of what’s proper and treating our customers in the fashion they deserve.
