By leveraging local and national Israeli leadership, generating strategic partnerships with local governments, private entities, and public institutions, connecting entrepreneurs to seed funding and angel investors, and facilitating entrepreneurial training Launched in 2015, WMN is a stimulating and vibrant community of female founders. Although more women are starting their own businesses, a pronounced gender gap still exists in the startup scene particularly in industries such as technology and STEM. WMN opens doors for female founders and gives them the tools they need to expand their own ventures. WMNultimately believes that making real connections with innovative, driven, and creative women do not simply produce successful startups but strengthen an individuals entrepreneurial mindset. With over 250 female entrepreneurs across a variety of verticals such as cybersecurity, fintech, food tech, voice recognition, mobile navigation, and e-commerce, WMN is dedicated to changing this statistic. By providing crucial resources such as access to co-working spaces, top mentors, tailored workshops, and a supportive community, WMN seeks to increase the number of femalefounders in the startup scene.
