Wild, Maney & Resnick LLP was formed in 2006 as the result of the merger of Wild, Maney & Camera LLP and Mintz & Resnick CPA's PC. Wild & Maney was formed in 1995 with a goal of providing highly personalized service and a leading edge approach to developing innovative business, financial and tax planning solutions. Mintz & Resnick was formed in 1978 by Elias Mintz and Stanley Resnick. The firm worked extensively with clients in the areas of Manufacturing, Construction and the Petroleum Industry. Alex Resnick joined the firm in 1991 expanding the firms work in the areas computerized accounting, Empire Zone Tax Credits and audit representation. Our partners experience and high energy have created successful practice in working with individuals, closely held businesses and in the tax audit arena. Wild, Maney & Resnick has a strong history of representing our clients and clients referred by other professionals before the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax authorities.
