better communications for better health. we design workflow assisted software solutions that improve communications between patients and providers, improve health outcomes, and lower provider costs. our first product @intakeassist manages the patient intake process for providers. intake forms are required by the provider for a medical encounter. however, this is a highly paper driven process and if the patient does not speak english then they are typically exposed to a different questioning process that costs the provider more money and adds significant time to the encounter. @intakeassist integrates forms, workflow and translative & interpretive services so that both english and non-english speakers use the same system while providing the provider with the same output regardless of the patient's preferred language. this software increases patient satisfaction levels and improves the workflow for the provider and provides the provider with higher quality intake questionnaires.
