WorkSafe BC

Founded in 1917 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, WorkSafe BC was created by Legislation to help eliminate injury, disease and death in the workplace. The system is funded by employers and works as a no-fault insurance system for the workers, giving employers immunity from lawsuits filed by injured employees.
