World Family English is a leading provider of English language learning products and services primarily for children aged 0 to 7. Our current markets are Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, and South Korea. Our products and services are based on the World Family Method, a proprietary learning methodology based on natural language acquisition principles developed by our team of expert linguists and developers. For more than 38 years we have developed and distributed an array of top flight ELL systems and programs for in home learning. And we support our members' learning experience with fun and vibrant services provided by our hundreds of native English speaking performers, teachers and staff. World Family English Holdings Ltd., our parent company, is a privately held BVI business company owned by approximately 250 key executives, managers, sales personnel, developers and staff. Our parent company and product and services development companies are headquartered in Bermuda, where they manage product and services development, supply chain management, and overall strategic planning and execution. We carry out the marketing, sale and distribution of our ELL product line and the provision of our proprietary ELL support services through our wholly owned subsidiaries in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong/Macau, and South Korea. In Bermuda and our Asia markets, we have more than 1,700 employees and contract staff personnel and maintain a sales force of more than 1,000 sales Advisors highly trained in all facets of the Company's ELL programs and services. At any single time the Company is providing valuable ELL support services to more than 150,000 World Family Club member children.
