WPM Commercial (WPM) is a private commercial real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. WPM was formed in 2011 by Price Muir, who serves as President. WPM specializes in the acquisition, value creation, operation and disposition of industrial assets across the Southeastern United States, particularly in the Atlanta metro area. Since 2011, WPM, alongside its equity investors/limited partners, has bought and held or sold over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial product through transactions valued in excess of $150,000,000. WPM's portfolio currently includes 1,500,000 square feet of commercial product. WPM is actively searching for additional investment opportunities, across a wide spectrum, from value-add/opportunistic to core-plus property profiles.
