Founded in 1973, WSC is a Michigan private non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. We are CARF accredited and ISO certified. Work Skills Corporation (WSC) has been providing employment and training services to people with barriers to employment for over 40 years. By barrier, we refer to a wide range of individuals from those who simply need help developing a resume to those who need accommodations on a job. Employment and Training Serviceshelp people identify what type of jobs they would like to pursue and then support them with becoming work-ready. Placement services assist individuals in finding jobs. Production Services performs work for the automotive industry as a Tier I and Tier II supplier as well as other businesses and industries. This area supports our employment and training services by providing a real work setting for assessment and training programs. Action Associates is the staffing arm of WSC. Action provides temporary, contract and permanent placement of professional, skilled trades, administrative and industrial personnel to private business and government.
