World Tel-Fax Electronics, C.A. (WTFE) is a pioneer company in the Venezuelan market. WTFE was incorporated in 1994 and has more than 15 years of experience in this market. It was one of the first companies to be granted a concession of National Value Added Service by the National Commission for Telecommunications (CONATEL). Currently WTFE has contracts with all the telephone companies that operate in the country, and is the communications integrator with the highest volume of operations. We have accumulated a valuable experience over the years with our numerous customers, who are highly satisfied by the quality of our products and the responsiveness of our services. We are known in the market as a company that offers innovating products and integral solutions with quality and efficiency. We provide excellent attention and responsiveness in our services, and we are supported by the most advanced technology. We started our operations with the "Infoline" service, as a provider of information services through telephone lines. In 2003, with the purpose to compete in the technology of telecommunications, "Audioinfo" was created as a business unit in charge of handling audio text (0-900) lines and text messages (SMS). Based on the experience, technology and infrastructure with Infoline, in 2006 we created our third business unit: "Call Center Outsourcing". This unit is supported by a vast technological platform that allows us to provide our services to third parties through outsourcing, with the flexibility to personalize the service depending on the client request. In 2008 "Multimedia" our new business unit was born. With it came new and innovating products.
