West Tennessee Family Solutions (WTFS), is a non-profit organization with a clear focus on values and giving the person receiving services and their families the best support possible. WTFS is seeking a creative, experienced and visionary leader to operate a dynamic agency that supports over 60 persons living with developmental disabilities in Memphis, TN. This growing agency provides an array of services which include: 28 supported living homes, facility based day center, in-home personal assistance, residential respite care, behavioral therapy and supported employment. WTFS also utilizes and incorporates the Teaching Family Model of Care and plans to be a nationally certified teaching family site by 2010. WTFS employs over 200 staff, manages annual operating budget of $8.0 million and has emerged as one of the top provider agencies in west Tennessee. Candidates should have exceptional leadership skills, experience in working collaboratively with a volunteer Board of Directors, extensive knowledge of developmental disabilities, experience working closely with families, fund raising, strategic planning and operating an agency with diverse funding sources.
