We are mainly manufacturing radial deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, low noise motor(air-conditioner) bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, wheel hub bearings and pillow block bearings, non-standard bearings, ball bearings with flanged outer rings and stainless bearings. Our product ranges are from OD 22mm up to OD 260mm, with over 600 varieties. XEZ factory is located in the national economic development zone, the south gate of Wuxi City in the Yangtze River delta. Our factory is much easily accessed, near by the Shanghai-Nanjing high way, No. 312 National road, airport, railway and also the Grant Canal. XEZ factory is covering an area of 29001 square meters and the building area of 41749 square meters, with elegant environment of 50% green area. XEZ is having a strong technical force with the excellent technical and management talents and skilled workers. XEZ company is upgraded from traditional production management system to ERP system. We have more than 300 staff, among which, senior technician, intermediate technician and managers accounts for 20%. XEZ can produce 60 million sets of bearings annually. Our products are widely sold to Europe and America, Hongkong China, Taiwan China, and other countries and regions. We are also supplying to the domestic famous end users. XEZ is focusing on using advanced process technology. We are having automatic production lines with 3MZ high precision CNC automatic machines, using special technics for special products required by customers. We are having Gas protection continuous quenching furnace. Our products of motor bearings and crankshaft bearings for Engines have great advantages in similar products. Company History
