Xinjiang Tianhong Papermaking Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the processing, production and distribution of various kinds of paper, paper products and paper materials. The Company is also involved in the production and sale of cotton yarns and edible oil, as well as the leasing of shops, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company produced approximately 23,081 metric tons of machinery paper products, including 21,079 metric tons of paper for culture use and 2,002 metric tons of paper for daily life use.
