Xtend-Life Holdings

Xtend-Life Holdings Ltd owns all of the other companies in the Xtend-Life group. There are three subsidiaries, as detailed below. Xtend-Life Holdings is fully owned and controlled by the Matthews Family Trusts based in New Zealand and controlled by Xtend-Life's founders. The subsidiary companies are: Xtend-Life Natural Products (Intl) Ltd, which carries out research and development, distribution of products and customer relations. Natural Products (NZ) Ltd, which manufactures all Xtend-Life products. It does not produce products for anyone else. Xtend-Life Natural Products (Thailand) Ltd, which imports and markets Xtend-Life products in Thailand.. Warren Matthews is the Chairman and also a Director of all four companies. Kane Matthews is the Financial Director of Xtend-Life Natural Products and he is also a director. Being family owned, none of the companies are controlled by venture capitalists, banks or corporate shareholders who put profits before customers. Our corporate philosophy is simple: "Always put the best interests of our customers before profits and never compromise on quality. Steady growth and reasonable profits automatically follow".
