Yantse Construction & Civils (Pty) Ltd started back in 1998 when the current director and sole shareholder Jacques vd Merwe, established Turnkey Developments. The latter became known primarily as a joinery related company. Turnkey Developments was sold in 2002 with Yantse (Pty) Ltd subsequently established in 2003. With the sole purpose of capturing the corporate interior market, YCC is continually evolving and growing to enable us to be on of the leaders in Corporate and High End Residential Interior and Construction. We specialise in commercial banking facilities and refurbishment of existing office facilities and we are known for our unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency. We are proud to be Botswana grown and believe in contributing to the local economy through our "Buy Botswana" approach. After an executive decision in 2013, Yantse (Pty) Ltd shifted the core operating services to Yantse Construction & Civils (Pty) Ltd. While Yantse (Pty) Ltd has transformed into a property and asset holding company. All new business are now conducted through Yantse Construction & Civils (Pty) Ltd while existing Yantse (Pty) Ltd clients are gradually being migrated, thus creating a smooth transition for our clients between the two entities. With the back end business structures in place, YCC can focus its attention to Corporate and High End Residential Interior and Construction.
