Yellowstone Surgery Center prides themselves on the efforts it takes to help its employees maintain wellness in their work and personal lives. Due to their efforts, Yellowstone Surgery Center was presented The Montana Worksite Health Promotion Coalition Gold Award. This honor is for Montana employers who are recognized for having a comprehensive worksite wellness program that take progressive steps towards improving employee health and productivity gradually over time. The mission of the Excellence in Worksite Health Promotion is to educate, encourage, recognize, and create a standard of excellence for worksite wellness program in Montana. Yellowstone Surgery Center has taken steps to bring wellness activities to its employees by sponsoring walking programs, nutritional eating classes and demonstrations, along with many other wellness sponsored activities annually.
