Yodogawa Steel Works, Ltd. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sale of iron and steel products. The Company operates in two main business segments. The Steel Sheets-related segment manufactures and sells galvanized steel sheets, planks for electroplating, steel sheet-related products, construction hardware, exterior products and landscape products. The Electric Furnace-related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of rolls for steel and paper manufacturing, as well as gratings. Other businesses include warehousing business, the leasing of facilities, the management of sports facilities, the foundry business, as well as the manufacture and sale of machinery and tools, among others.
