The Yoga Connection has been in service to the Smithfield-Selma and Goldsboro areas of Johnston County, North Carolina since 2005. We offer a variety of hatha yoga styles and levels from gentle beginner to intermediate, and Mindful Awareness Stress Reduction meditation techniques.
