Youth4work is an exciting and innovative skills platform for those at the outset of their careers, to help assess and map their talent and join an expanding community, in preparation for their career journey. Our community of users is the core of our offering. Our platform solutions, assessment tests, access to skills development and ranking algorithms are all rooted in the needs of those looking to adopt a more evidence based approach to assessments. With nearly 200 tests and over 1,000 mapped skills we continue to help the community deepen its talent mapping. Our ability to provide employer groups with pre-assessed talent tested and ranked for their skills, via a testing API ensures that we provide our corporate partners access to our platform functionality, whilst not being restricted to a set testing framework. With a dispersed user base across India, we are proud to nurture future leaders.
