YTK is a combination of the Unemployment Fund YTK and the YTK Association which offers the member services. The duties of the Unemployment Fund include taking care of the income security of both our fund members and our combined members during unemployment, lay-off or job alternation leave. YTK Association then again offers our members extra services related to working-life, such as legal advice on employment relationships, insurances, members benefits and support in job-seeking.
