Yunsheng

Ningbo Yunsheng Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the import and export trading industry and manufacturing industry. The Company primarily provides neodymium-iron-boron magnets, music boxes, electric motors, elastic cells, mechanical and electrical products, as well as textile machinery products, ,among others. The Company distributes its music boxes under the brand name of Yunsheng. The Company distributes its products in China’s domestic market and to overseas markets. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company obtained approximately 75% and 17% of its total revenue from the import and export trading business and the sale of neodymium-iron-boron magnets, respectively.
