Henan Zhongfu Industry Co.Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum sectional materials. The Company markets its electrolytic aluminum for refusion and aluminum rods under the brand names of ZF and Yinfa, as well as aluminum plates, aluminum foil and aluminum ribbon under the brand name of Yinhao. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company produced approximately 304,400 metric tons of electrolytic aluminum. As of December 31, 2007, the Company had five major subsidiaries/associates.
