Ziba Foods

Ziba is an artisanal nut and dried fruit company that provides health conscious consumers with delicious, nutrient-dense, and sustainably grown foods from Afghanistan. Ziba works directly with small-scale farms and cooperatives, sourcing only the highest quality agricultural products that are either heirloom varieties or grown wild without active cultivation. Ziba combines traditional hand-sorting with modern food safety standards at its purpose-built Kabul factory, basing all production inside Afghanistan to create jobs and to provide a reliable source of income for family farms across the country. After being discovered by high-end chefs and restaurants in America through the fine food connoisseurs at Regalis Foods, in July 2018 Ziba launched a range of specialty retail products to complement its foodservice catalog. Ziba's retail product line is currently sold in over 500 stores in the United States and 25 in Dubai, with new and existing customers placing orders weekly.
