Zephyr Products, Inc. is a full-service metal fabrication company that has been serving the Heart of America from Leavenworth, Kansas, since 1979. Zephyr is a privately-held company under the current ownership since 1993. We were founded as a strong fabrication shop, but have added to those capabilities and grown into the premier welding and machining company we are today. We have built our business on providing the finest in laser cutting, precision forming, punching, automated milling, and certified welding and assembly. In addition, we provide engineering, product design, and drawing services using Solidworks and AutoCAD, as well as logistical management of paint and finishes, packaging, shipping and delivery. Our goal is to provide the whole solution for your manufacturing needs. To provide better and faster service to our customers, Zephyr utilizes Global Shop Solutions, a premier ERP software program designed specifically to enable us to streamline operations, improve quality and on-time delivery, and lower costs. Our talented management team has a wealth of experience in all areas of production. This includes two AWS certified welding inspectors who provide ongoing training and AWS certification for our welding team. Our plant manager recently received national recognition from the American Welding Society as a top Certified Welding Inspector in the US for 2010. Zephyr has enjoyed continued growth for over 30 years for one main reason: we focus on our customers' needs. It has been said that change is the only constant.
