Location: Koala is all-remote, with roughly Central Time working hours.

Koala is building the modern sales stack. For too long, the backbone of some of the most valuable companies on the planet have been held together by a few Salesforce reports, one Looker dashboard and a series of color-coded spreadsheets.

Koala provides a single pane of glass for GTM orgs to prioritize the companies they pursue, conduct deep research on those companies, and successfully multi-thread into the buying committees within those companies. And that’s just the start!

In early 2024, Koala graduated from founder-led sales and we exploded revenue 5x by layering on a sales lead motion. Next we plan to take Koala from a hot start up, to a world class Go-to-Market organization.

Where you come in:

  • Our revenue is growing and we want to add another top sales rep whose output will have a massive impact on the business
  • We are looking for a builder who is excited by the prospect of helping shape the sales strategy
  • As we begin to scale, we’ll need GTM team members to play a crucial role in helping to build & shape the playbook for the future reps This is one of those rare roles you come across where you’ll be at the ground floor at the next wave in go-to market, so knowing the landscape and tooling is key
  • Finally, for those interested in mastering the craft of selling, and all of the above, we’d love to hear from you!

On any given day you might find yourself:

  • Responsible for sourcing 50% of your own pipeline and driving revenue within your assigned territory
  • Can speak confidently about the challenges sales leader & sales reps encounter in their day-to-day workflows
  • Partner with the founding team to run discovery, demos, POCs, and technical reviews Manage the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Pressure-test Koala as its main user & use our platform to its fullest capacity, you should love pipeline generation and this sort of testing should excite you!

To be thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • The desire to seriously uplevel their career and jump-start their path to becoming a future sales leader, or top Enterprise Rep
  • Be excited to enter an ambiguous environment, be adaptable to constant change
  • Be a full-cycle seller, you can prospect, you can disco, you can demo and you can close. No one trick ponies here!
  • Ability to close a high velocity of 5 figure deals (7+ per month)
  • Can speak confidently about the challenges sales leader & sales reps encounter in their day-to-day workflows
  • Possess an enthusiasm for working as part of a team and an ability to partner successfully with cross-functional peers such as product, engineering, customer success, finance etc.
  • Historical top 5 performer in the orgs you’ve worked in and president club member with at least 5 years of proven performance
