Today, we're announcing Koala 2.0, a complete reimagining of our platform to provide a “GPS-like” experience for reps. To deliver on this vision, we’re introducing three new features—Plays, Magic Inbox, and Coach—connected by the industry-first “AI Reasoning Engine.”

The first thing we noticed when we set out to take Koala to the next level, was how much manual effort was required to do something about signals received.
