Setting Up Mission Control & Spaces

MissMission Control & Spaces allow you to organize and collaborate on all of the plays, account/visitor views, and custom lists across teams.

Setting up Mission Control:

Use Mission Control to focus your team on the right set of plays and views.

  1. Click ‘Mission Control Setup’ in the bottom corner of your screen.
  2. To set up for individual users, hit ‘setup another Mission Control’
  3. Customize the view you want users to see with filters and custom columns.
  4. Configure Slack alerts to notify the user for specific actions.

Creating a template for multiple users:

  1. From the Mission Control setup view, click ‘New Template’ and choose a name.
  2. Hit create a list and choose between an account or visitor list.
  3. To add a list to the template, click the list name on the top nav.

Mission Control in Action:

  • Sellers: Set up a Mission Control for SDRs in a specific region to show their owned accounts or for the specific plays you’re running like self-serve accounts above product consumption limits.
SDR (Mid-Market)
  • Management: Design a view for team leads to track engagement across target account or see opportunities for each of their reps.
Team Lead (SMB Growth)
  • Level-Up Views with Custom Columns: Add additional data to the default account and visitor views to give your team everything they need at a glance (choose from data listed in filters)

Spaces — Organize and Collaborate on Lists

Spaces help you better manage everything from lead lists to custom lists in one place.

Creating Workspaces

Setting up a Space:

  1. Navigate to setting and click ‘Spaces’
  2. Give your Space a name and select the specific lists you want to share.
  3. Click ‘Share’ in the top right corner to select who can access this Space.

Adding Existing Lists to a Space:

From the list page click the top right corner and select ‘add to list’

Popular Use-Cases:

  • Shared Lead Lists: Working on a shared list for a webinar or campaign follow-up? Create a list that everyone on the team can access and see engagement across accounts.
  • All Active Accounts: Create a Space to see all active accounts from free trials, self-service, enterprise customers, or even active POCs to track engagement.
  • Unowned Accounts by Team/Segment: Get insights into hot accounts not currently assigned to reps or “hidden” opportunities seen by Koala, but not tracked in your CRM.
  • Watch Lists: Add a Space to keep an eye on competitors, investors during fundraising, or partners interested in collaborating. Upload a CSV to dial in your lists!

Enable Slack Alerts for Spaces

Click the top right corner of your space to enable Slack alerts. Notify your team on specific activity happening in your Spaces down the signal level.
