Video poster

The Account View in Koala provides a snapshot of all account activity on your website and product, helping you identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on their engagement.

Key Components of the Account View

  • Company: Shows the companies that have visited your website or product.
  • Fit Score: Indicates how well the company matches your ICP. The grades are: A for high priority, strong fit; B for moderate priority; and C/D for lower priority.
  • Intent Score: This real-time score (0-100) reflects the level of interest based on visitor activity categorized as Very High (80-100), High (50-80), Medium (20-50), and Low (0-20).
  • Trend: Shows how the intent has changed over the past month, categorized as Surging (rapid increase), Heating (rising), Neutral (stable), Cooling (declining), and New (new account activity).
  • Visitors (7d): Number of visitors from each account over the past 7 days.
  • Last Visit: The time of the most recent visit.
  • Signals: Specific actions taken by visitors, such as page visits, form fills, and product interactions.

Tips for Maximizing the Account View

  • Check-in daily: Check the Account View daily as part of your workflow. Use the time filters to focus on recent activity to prioritize your most engaged accounts.
  • Prioritize by fit and intent: Zero in on accounts with high fit and intent scores. Dive into the account-level view to see all activities from prospects.
  • Use filter combinations: As you familiarize yourself, you will start to uncover patterns. Use filters to focus on specific activities, such as accounts with a particular tech stack spending time in documentation.
  • Be on the lookout! The account view is a fantastic way to spot hidden opportunities that you may not have even been focusing on.
