How to Start Using Koala Prospector

With Koala Prospector, you can source email and phone numbers using waterfall enrichment across 15 data sources.

There are two ways you can access Prospector:

  1. Main Prospecting View: Access through the left panel on your screen.
  2. Account-Level Prospect Tab: An account-specific prospecting view.

Main Prospecting View:

  1. Account selection: Choose between the accounts you want to prospect.
  2. Contact details: Click to identify email and phone numbers— once revealed these are available at the org-level and can be copied by hovering over.
  3. Saved persona views: Created filtered views to quickly identify specific buyer groups as you work through accounts.
  4. Create a persona: You can create a saved view based on your specific criteria.
  5. Export views: Download a CSV of the view you’re currently accessing.
Table view icons:
  1. Koala: The prospect has been previously seen by Koala. You can click into the record to access the profile and review their activities.
  2. CRM: SFDC / Hubspot logos indicate that there is a record in your CRM — click the icon to be brought to the CRM record.
  3. LinkedIn: Every prospect has a LinkedIn icon to access their profile.
Quick actions:

Next to the Linkedin icon, you will see three dots that allow you to access quick actions for CRM tasks and exporting to your sales engagement platform.

Account-level prospecting tab:

The account-level tab is extremely useful as you conduct deep research into your accounts. Click the Prospect tab to access — you will be able to use all of your Saved Personas from the main tab.
