Identify Anonymous Visitors with Triangulation

Video poster

Koala's Triangulation is here to help you play detective and figure out who your anonymous visitors might be.

There’s nothing more frustrating than seeing a highly engaged visitor only to realize they’re anonymous. Following global data privacy laws, Koala is able to identify the company a prospect works for and their geolocation using their IP address. Before we launched triangulation, our best reps had to do a lot of work to piece together all the breadcrumbs — loading this information into their prospecting tool and manually searching for who the visitor might be.

We’re automating this workflow for you:

Once you click on an anonymous prospect from anywhere within Koala, our system will take an educated guess based on the geolocation, seniority, and role attributes we're able to gather about that visitor, and we'll use this to provide you with a list of suggested visitors.

Narrowing your search

You can apply filters on the role and seniority categories to narrow your search. In some cases, Clearbit may not be able to identify role and seniority, so you can manually apply these. The location will pull from a 50-mile radius from the visitor's IP.

Sourcing contact details

Once you have it narrowed down the list of prospects, you can source their email and phone number, and use quick actions for CRM tasks and exporting to your outreach tools.
