Setting up Spaces

Spaces provide you with the ultimate way to collaboratively work on account lists.

Here’s How to Set up and Leverage Space Effectively:

Create a Space:

On the left panel, create a Space and name it based on its purpose, such as Customers or Prospects. You will be able to categorize your lists under these Space categories.

Invite Your Team:

Invite team members to join the Space by entering their names. Assign roles and permissions as needed to control access and editing rights.

Use-Cases for Spaces:

• Current Customers:
  • Split into categories like Business, Free, and Self-Serve. This is useful for CSMs and Account Managers to monitor accounts.

• Active Pipeline:
  • Get a view into accounts in the active deal stage from your CRM. Use our CRM integrations to show open opportunities from SFDC/HubSpot.

• Prospect Lists:
  • Include target accounts and unowned accounts. This is useful for monitoring and assigning leads efficiently.

• Watch What Competitors are Doing:
  • Keep an eye on competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market. Connect to a #competitor Slack channel to alert your team.

Adding a List to a Space:

Once you’re in a Space, hit + Add List on the top nav to add another list into the Space. You can add both Account & Visitor lists and filter them down with additional filters.

Configuring Slack Alerts:

For each of these Spaces, you can specifically configure Slack alerts to keep the right team members informed in real-time. Here’s how to set up Slack alerts:

1. Navigate to the Space Settings: Click on the settings icon in the Space you want to configure alerts for. Select "Setup Alerts" in the top right corner.

1. Set Up Alerts: Narrow this down to a specific set of intent signals to get notified when they happen and specify the Slack channels where you want these alerts to be sent.

1. Set Additional Alert Settings: Choose to notify account owners and include a detailed account summary.
